    RETURN POLICY

    We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund/store credit or EXCHANGE it for another style within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
    • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
    • Merchandise purchased on sale can be exchanged for another item, or store credit hassle-free. 
    • Customers may begin the return process by clicking the button below - or by contacting us at support@websterdouglas.com, stating reason for return.

    RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    To begin your return or exchange, please click on the button below. 

      * Please do not ship any return items without first attempting to initiate a return via our easy returns & exchanges portal, or contacting our customer service team at support@websterdouglas.com. We reserve the right to reject any unauthorized returned parcels.

      GIFT CARDS

      To redeem your gift card on our store, please use the checkout button located on our cart page.

      DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

      A full refund or exchange will be issued for any items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

      MISDELIVERIES

      In the event of a misdelivery of your parcel, please contact our customer service team at support@websterdouglas.com and we will assist with a prompt refund or reshipment.

      REFUNDS

      • Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
      • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
      • Cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of purchase.

      *In the event that an item is returned due to sizing, or change of mind, a refund or store credit will be issued equal to the value of the returned item.

      RESTOCKING FEE

      We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
