    SHIPPING

    • Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
    • Please allow 1-3 days for handling.
    • Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping, with the majority of orders arriving within 2 weeks (not including handling time).
    • Please allow 7-10 business days for shipments to North America.

    • Please allow 8-15 business days for shipments to Europe. 

    • Please allow 8-15 business days for shipments to Australia and New Zealand. 

    • Please allow 8-15 business days for shipments to Asia. 

    • Please allow 8-15 business days for shipments to the Caribbean.

    • Please allow 8-15 days for shipments to South Africa.
    • Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume. 
    • If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains. 
    • Expedited DHL / FedEx shipping is available for a charge of $34.95 for select items.
    • If you require express delivery, please contact us and we will assist you.

    TRACKING

    • All items are shipped with tracking available.
    • Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking to show in the courier's tracking system.
    • If you have a question about tracking a particular order, please contact us at support@websterdouglas.com.
    • Please ensure that your email address is included at checkout to receive tracking updates via email. For assistance with adding your email address to your order details, please contact us at support@websterdouglas.com.

    DELIVERY TERMS

    We use USPS to deliver shipments domestically. 

    CANCELLATIONS

    We will accept cancellations within 12 hours of an order being placed. Once a shipment has been dispatched, we ask customers to please refer to our refund and return policy.

    DAMAGED PARCELS

    If you received a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team right away for assistance.
